All orders received and paid for by 12pm AEDT are usually shipped on the same day if possible (not including Weekends or Australian Public Holidays).

 Australian Customers

Shipping options for Australian customers at checkout:

  1. Australia Post Standard Shipping: FREE and No Tracking (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
  2. Australia Post Registered Mail: $3.99 with Tracking & Signature on Delivery (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
  3. Australia Post Express Post: $8.99 & Tracked (Next Business Day for most destinations. However, if you are outside Australia Post's next day delivery areas then it may take 2 - 3 business days, please see the Australia Post website for more information).
  • Payment for orders received by 12pm AEDT usually leave the same day!
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia Post. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (logistical delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 15 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.

United States Customers

Temporary suspension of postal services to the US

As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Our National Postal Service, Australia Post, has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice. 

We hope to be sending orders to our US customers again soon!

Shipping option for US customers at Checkout:

  1. Ships From Australia – Orders will be shipped with tracking from our Australian office and there is a flat rate of AUS$24.99 for shipping. The tracking number supplied with this shipping can be used at the USPS tracking website.
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 30 days from the date of dispatch.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.

 United Kingdom Customers

There is one shipping option for UK customers at Checkout:

  1. Ships From Australia – Orders will be shipped with tracking from our Australian office and there is a flat rate of AUS$29.99 for shipping.
  • We will supply a parcel tracking number and this number can be used on your national carriers tracking website i.e. Royal Mail
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 30 days from the date of dispatch.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that already have been confirmed delivered by the shipping company.

     New Zealand Customers

    1. Ships From Australia – Orders will be shipped with tracking from our Australian office and there is a flat rate of AUS$16.99 for shipping.

    • We no longer take orders direct from our 365 Sleepers website. However, we sell our stock on the Amazon platforms within Canada and Japan. You will find a comprehensive 365 Sleeper selection at the corresponding Amazon platform in your country.
