Shipping Information
All orders received and paid for by 12pm AEDT are usually shipped on the same day if possible (not including Weekends or Australian Public Holidays).
Australian Customers
- All Australian domestic orders are sent through Australia Post
- Australia Post Standard Shipping: FREE and No Tracking (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
- Australia Post Registered Mail: $3.99 with Tracking & Signature on Delivery (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
- Australia Post Express Post: $8.99 & Tracked (Next Business Day for most destinations. However, if you are outside Australia Post's next day delivery areas then it may take 2 - 3 business days, please see the Australia Post website for more information).
- Payment for orders received by 12pm AEDT usually leave the same day!
- We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia Post. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (logistical delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 15 business days from the date of dispatch.
- 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.
United States Customers
There are two shipping options for US customers at Checkout:
- Freight - Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centres in the US and tracking numbers will be supplied usually within 2 business days from your order. The shipping rate is determined by how much you purchase. The more items you buyer the higher the shipping rate. The rate will be shown at checkout.
- Ships From Australia – Orders will be shipped with tracking from our Australian office and there is a flat rate of AUS$24.99 for shipping.
- We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.
United Kingdom Customers
There is one shipping option for UK customers at Checkout:

- We no longer take orders direct from our 365 Sleepers website. However, we sell our stock on the Amazon platforms within all the countries mentioned above. You will find a comprehensive 365 Sleeper selection at the corresponding Amazon platform in your country.
