Shipping Information

All orders received and paid for by 1pm AEST are usually shipped on the same day if possible (not including Weekends or Australian Public Holidays).

 

Australian Customers

  • All Australian domestic orders are sent through Australia Post
  • Australia Post Standard Shipping: FREE and No Tracking (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
  • Australia Post Registered Mail: $2.95 with Tracking & Signature on Delivery (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
  • Australia Post Express Post: $6.95 & Tracked (Next Business Day for most destinations. However, if you are outside Australia Post's next day delivery areas then it may take 2 - 3 business days, please see the Australia Post website for more information).
  • Payment for orders received by 1pm AEST usually leave the same day!
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia Post. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (logistical delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 15 business days from your date of purchase.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.


United States Customers

  • Where possible and for most orders, orders are shipped from our fulfillment centres in the US and tracking numbers will be supplied usually within 2 business days from your order.
  • If we do not have your order available in our US fulfillment centres, we will ship your order from our office based in Sydney, Australia which will take longer to arrive.
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.

 

New Zealand Customers

  • Your orders will be dispatched from Australia using Australia Post's international mail service. These shipments can be tracked online, and the tracking details will be sent with the notification email you receive when the package has been dispatched.
  • We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company issues, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.
  • 365 Sleepers is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been already confirmed delivered by the shipping company.

 

European, Canadian & Japan Customers

  • We no longer take orders direct from our 365 Sleepers website. However, we sell our stock on the Amazon platforms within all the countries mentioned above. You will find a comprehensive 365 Sleeper selection at the corresponding Amazon platform in your country.
