Returns Policy

Returns 

All returns must be approved before being returned to our warehouse. We do not accept unauthorised returns and all returned orders that have not been approved will be held at our warehouse without refund or returned at our discretion. 

All returns must be sent by registered post and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the office of 365 Sleepers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your name, order number and date of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
• Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged 
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Please Note: If returning for a refund, the price we charged for postage (if any) will not be refunded. We will only refund for the actual items returned. The cost of return postage is also the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Provided the returned item is in its original condition, packaging and unworn, then your refund will be processed. Please allow a few days for the refund to show on your statement.

Exchanges 

You can return your purchase for an exchange, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. 
Please include a note with your name and order number and write exactly what you would like to exchange it for. 
Please note that you will need to pay for additional postage to have the new item posted back to you.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Backorders For International Customers 

Due to the delays in our international supply chains because of the Covid-19 pandemic, compounded by increased international courier shipping costs we are unable to provide backorders for our international customers. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order due to out-of-stock products, we will contact you with possible options.
