  • Australia Only: * Afterpay: Available for orders over $30.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Due to hygiene reasons, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Approval: All returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Please contact us first to receive authorization.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out for approval with your name, order number and date of purchase.

  2. Pack Your Item: Ensure the jewellery is secure in its original packaging.

  3. Include a Note: For exchanges, clearly state which item/size you would like instead.

  4. Ship It: We recommend using Registered Post with tracking, as the items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our office.

Refunds & Costs

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you. Provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: * The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Original postage fees are non-refundable.

    • For exchanges, additional postage will be required to send the new item back to you.
