Shipping options for Australian customers at checkout:

1. Australia Post Standard Shipping: FREE and No Tracking (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
2. Australia Post Registered Mail: $5.50 with Tracking & Signature on Delivery (Delivery Times: 3 – 10 Business Days).
3. Australia Post Express Post: $8.99 & Tracked (Next Business Day for most destinations. However, if you are outside Australia Post's next day delivery areas then it may take 2 - 3 business days, please see the Australia Post website for more information).

We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia Post. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (logistical delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

United States Customers

All Federal Tariffs are paid by 365 Sleepers.

Shipping option for US customers at Checkout:

1. Ships From Australia – Orders will be shipped with tracking and signature required from our Australian office and there is a flat rate of AUS$25.99 for shipping. The tracking number supplied with this shipping can be used at the USPS tracking website.

ALL SHIPPED ORDERS will require a 'Signature on Delivery' from the purchaser as proof of delivery.

We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes from Australia. Some unexpected issues may arise and are outside of our control (International border control procedures, courier company delays, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...etc) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 30 days from the date of dispatch.
